Особое внимание обращено на тот факт, что доля средств предпринимательского сектора промышленно развитых стран становится основным источником финансирования НИОКР. В Российской Федерации в 2016 г. объем совокупных инвестиций всех российских промышленных компаний в НИОКР составил 8,39 млрд. евро по ППС, что меньше, чем бюджет 2016 г. каждой отдельно взятой компании, вошедшей в топ-10 рейтинга Европейской комиссии «EU Industrial R&amp;D Investment Scoreboard». Внутренние затраты на исследования и разработки в Российской Федерации в 2015 г. оказались меньше, чем совокупный корпоративный бюджеты трех компаний мира: Volkswagen, Alphabet и Microsoft.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review of the key indicators of the global scientific and technological ecosystem development; updated in 2018; is carried out to determine the important trends and focuses for Russia. Particular attention is drawn to the fact that the share of the business sector in industrialized countries is becoming a major source of R &amp; D funding. In the Russian Federation; total R &amp; D investments by all Russian industrial companies in 2016 amounted to €8.39 billion in PPP terms; which is less than the 2016 budget of each individual company included in the top 10 rankings of the European Commission “EU Industrial R&amp;D Investment Scoreboard”.
