Программное средство разработано на основе клиент-серверных технологий и реализовано в виде Web-системы в сети Интернет. Функционал программного средства реализует модель комплексной оценки технологической готовности инновационных научно-технологических проектов. Представлена схема бизнес-процесса использования программного средства как исполнителями проектов для самостоятельной оценки уровня технологической готовности проекта, так и для его экспертной оценки. Программное средство может быть использовано для создания информационной системы или может быть интегрировано в существующие инструментальные системы распределенного доступа, в которых проводятся количественные оценки технологической готовности проектов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes a software tool for the integrated assessment of technological readiness of innovative scientific and technological projects used for expert evaluation of the projects of the Federal Target Program «Research and Development in Priority Areas of Russia’s Scientific and Technological Development for 2014–2020». The software is developed on the basis of client-server technologies and implemented as a Web-system in the Internet. The functionality of the software implements a model of integrated assessment of technological readiness of innovative scientific and technological projects. The scheme of the business process of using the software as by the executors of projects for an independent assessment of the level of technological readiness of the project, and for its expert evaluation is presented.
