Отмечается, что автомобильная промышленность, не относящаяся к высокотехнологичным отраслям, по итогам 2017 г. вошла в топ‑3 отраслей, имеющих наиболее высокий уровень наукоемкости среди шести крупнейших промышленных секторов. Выполнен анализ конкурентного ландшафта и стратегий технологической диверсификации традиционных лидеров автопрома, обусловленных появлением технологий электрификации транспортных средств. Сделан вывод о том, что к числу факторов, приводящих к реиндустриализации традиционных отраслей промышленности, следует отнести появление прорывной технологи; обострение конкурентной борьбы за новые ниши, сформированные этой технологией; резкое увеличение объемов бюджетов на НИР; повышение инвестиционной и патентной активности; снятие барьеров, устанавливаемых правами интеллектуальной собственности; кооперация с компаниями смежных отраслей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The factors contributing to the technological development of traditional sectors of industry, in particular the global automotive industry, are considered. It is noted that the automotive industry, which is not related to high-tech industries, by the end of 2017 entered the top 3 industries with the highest level of science among the six largest industrial sectors. The analysis of the competitive landscape and strategies of technological diversification of the traditional leaders of the automotive industry, caused by the emergence of technologies for the electrification of vehicles, was carried out.
