Определены тренды академического поведения профессорско-преподавательского состава белорусских университетов. Выявлены факторы, влияющие на академическую мотивацию преподавателей. Представлен анализ и оценка академических стратегий развития вузов в социально-экономических условиях Беларуси, дана характеристика факторов и принципов, влияющих на формирование кадровых стратегий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the results of a scientific study of the current state of the motivational component of academic workers in the Republic of Belarus. The trends of academic behavior of the faculty of Belarusian universities are determined. The factors affecting the academic motivation of teachers are identified.
