Получаемые с помощью фреймворка TPRA оценки технологической готовности проектов, их потенциала и рисков неудачного завершения могут быть использованы для повышения эффективности планирования и осуществления R&amp;D-деятельности в институтах инновационного развития, в корпорациях и организациях, инвестирующих в R&amp;D процессы, а также проектными командами для самооценки. Применение фреймворка продемонстрировано на примере практической деятельности Фонда развития интернет-инициатив по созданию крупного технологического предприятия цифровой экономики в Ханты-Мансийском автономном округе-Югре.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes the framework TPRA for a comprehensive assessment of scientific and technological projects. Its comparison with other methods of evaluation of technologies is given. The Framework TPRA allows to evaluate some of possible risks to the institution of innovative development within the processes of R&amp;D-supporting.
