В статье представлены результаты анализа российских научных журналов, входящих в международные базы данных Web of Science Core Collection и Scopus, а также в Перечень ВАК. Целью работы является анализ публикационной политики и опыта развития национальных научных площадок стран в составе ЕАЭС, ШОС и БРИКС, дружественных по отношению к Российской Федерации, анализ журналов, входящих в МБНЦ и в Перечень ВАК по областям науки, анализ распределения журналов из Перечня ВАК по всем научным специальностям ВАК. В ходе исследования применялись методы анализа, обобщения, группировок. По результатам анализа определено, что в Перечне ВАК многочисленнее всего представлены издания, публикующие исследования по экономическим наукам, клинической медицине и юриспруденции. Соответствующие издания представляют первостепенный интерес для оценки научных изданий при формировании списка авторитетных журналов.

The article presents the results of the analysis of Russian scientific journals indexed in the international databases Web of Science Core Collection and Scopus, as well as in the List of the Higher Attestation Commission. The purpose of the work is to analyze the publication policy and experience of the development of national scientific platforms of the countries within the EAEU, SCO and BRICS, the analysis of journals indexed in the international scientometric databases and in the List of Higher Attestation Commission by the fields of science. In the study were used methods of analysis, generalization and grouping. Through an analysis, it was determined that the journal list of the Higher Attestation Commission contains mostly scientific periodicals publishing research on economic sciences, clinical medicine and jurisprudence. The relevant publications are of primary interest for evaluating scientific publications in case of forming a list of authoritative journals.
