Обобщены и систематизированы направления и достижения научных исследований в теории резания и создании станков, их уровень совершенства и эффективности. Целью работы является обоснование уровня значимости факторов и закономерностей изменений эволюции развития во взаимосвязи с парадигмой технологических укладов и их долгосрочного поведения на примере металлорежущих станков как движущего фактора. Методология системного анализа даёт возможность проводить оценку и измерение уровня параметров развития на основании нормативного значения ресурсоэффективности как степени совершенства достижимых показателей технологии, которая реализуется в конструкции станка или технологического оборудования, которые её реализуют. Даются подходы к оценке факторов, формирование которых зависит от технического и технологического состояния по обеспечению достижимости максимальных значений, обусловленных технологическими возможностями их реализации в промышленности и экономике. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article examines, from a historically foreseeable perspective, the technological methods of cutting and metal-cutting machines based on available literature. It summarizes and systematizes the directions and achievements of scientific research on cutting theory, as well as the creation of machine tools and their level of perfection. The goal of the study is to demonstrate, through the evidence from metal cutting machines, the significance and effectiveness of changes in economic development in relation to the technological mode. Using systems analysis, the level of development can be assessed based on the normative value of resource efficiency, which measures how well technology indicators are achieved through the design of machines and technological equipment.
