Представлен анализ зарубежной практики выявления и противодействия «патентному троллингу» как новому виду бизнеса, основанному на злоупотреблении патентными правами.Рассмотрены экономические параметры, определяющие размер возбуждаемых исков и отраслевые особенности «патентного троллинга».

Presents an analysis of foreign practice of identifying and combating «patent trolling» as a new kind of business based on the abuse of patent rights. The economic parameters that determine the size of the excited claims and industry features of «patent trolling».
